A Night to Shine

for Our Students

Dust off your boots, add a little sparkle, and join us for Clayton Elementary’s third annual adults-only fundraiser.  This year's theme is ‘Boots & Bling’ and we’re celebrating with an evening filled with live music by Six Sons of A Gun, delicious BBQ from PEJ Events and exciting games. 

Clayton Rocks is an opportunity for our community to come together and raise money to support the students, teachers and programs that make our school shine.

Silent auction opens at NOON on Thursday, March 26th

and closes at 8PM on Sunday, March 29th.

As a member of our esteemed Cardinal Community, you are the key to helping us meet our yearly fundraising goal. Please invite a friend to attend with you or share our online auction with family members to bid.

Fundraising Details

Funds raised are instrumental in providing our students with the essentials for academic success - classroom supplies, instructional materials, campus wide enhancements, and enriching programs that foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking. 

Special projects made possible by Clayton Rocks:

• 2024: Purchased $9K of new chairs for the library

• 2025: Installed $13K sounds panels in the cafeteria 

• 2026: (In progress) Installing shade structures on the Pre-K/Kinder playground

Anything raised helps to fund new projects and campus improvements. Projects are prioritized in partnership with Clayton and finalized through PTA membership voting. A few projects we'd love to fund next: 

• Commission a welcome mural in the front entrance vestibule

• Additional resources for students - like soccer goals!

• Continued investment in experiential learning opportunities, including program speakers, in-classroom field trips and more

• Improvements to outdoor spaces and landscaping
